Coast To Coast Tickets REFUND RIP OFF Internet

In June, I contacted Coast-to-Coast to purchase Laker Final Tickets. I was ASSURED by their employee that all tickets are refundable if game not played. When Lakers won I contacted Coast-to-Coast to receive refund. They immediately passed the buck and said that my tickets had been arranged through the broker Prestige Entertainment. I contacted Prestige and was told my $1300 would be refunded. After 6 months of fighting it still has not. My credit card company Citibank tried to get money but Prestige closed the bank account my money was in so nothing could be recouped. Coast-to-Coast sold these tickets and has taken no responsiblity to help honor their promise.
