COASTAL AUTO TRANSPORT LLC COSTAL AUTO TRANSPORT LLC RIP ME OFF ON $1800 AND DAMAGE MY VEHICLE HOPE MILLS, North Carolina

Please be aware of this company. I will not recommend Coastal Auto transport LLC located at 4928 US HWY 301 South Suite 198, Hope Mills NC 28348 with License # MC-663323-C to anybody. They also claimed they are located in Fayetteville as well.

This company charged me $1800 dollars to transport my Cadillac Escallac and Chrysler 300 from Camp lejeune NC to Menifee CA. The driver, Scott Cope, a low life liar shows up at around 11:20PM to pick up my vehicles.The driver delivered my vehicles damaged. Cracked/dented my bumper on my cadillac Escallac and lied to the recipient that the vehicle was shipped with scratches and I should filed a claim. I contacted Scott the driver upon arriving to Menifee.At of a sudden, Scott acted like he is deaf and couldn't understand English. I contacted Jeremy the consultant at coastal auto who assigned Scott to transport my vehicles. Jeremy told me to the send the before shipment pictures and delivery shipment pictures I took. I send in the pictures. I had to keep calling Coastal Auto for status on my claim. They never ever call me to provide me updates. Few days later, Jeremy called requesting that I should send two estimates for the damages their driver cause to my vehicle. I send those estimates to them. I never received any confirmation or call again. I call a day later to follow up. Jeremy requested the receipt that the driver gave me. I send it to them. Bryant, Jeremy and Scott had no balls to call me after I send them all those documents. A day later, Bryant, their claims manager send me a two sentence email to tell me that they are not paying for the damaged they cause to my vehicle.

Now this is going to cost me another $ 700.00 to repair my vehicle, plus a law suit. I am currently in the process of suing Coastal Auto Transport. I do not want anybody to go through this. Please Stay away from this company. Do not hire this company to move a toy vehicle you would buy from a dollar store.Honesty, Integrity, Fairness, Customer Satisfaction do not exist in this company.A total rip off.
