They used Idaho as their "address" because they didn't want to have another PA address after they switched from NTS. This company owes tens of thousands of dollars to dozens and dozens of Subcontractors and they need to be taken to court. Chris Schafer is a fraud. I feel terrible for anyone who is associated with this company, as I am worried you will never receive payment. Seek legal action, honestly.
