I'm staying at Place at the Beach V. My car had a parking pass that fell off the mirror due to sunroof being partial open (vent). The driver lifted the car when we said we would be right there.
i stated there was a parking pass. I opened the car and showed it to the driver. The driver (Davey) stated "I don't give a ****". It was $160. Because it was on the hook. He raised it when he know we were coming. He stated those are the rules. He deserves to be treated the same. If profanity is not allowed with customers he should be fired. This was a tourist shakedown.
There was easily visible pass, albeit on the floor. Dark grey interior and white parking pass. Really hard to see if you looked in the car. The driver was lazy, or doesn't care. The property lost a return customer over this. The property management has a message left but no Sunday hours. They will be contacted. BBB complaint was registered.
