well, we went inside this door and found a sectional that we wanted, a white tv stand, a table and a dining table that was scratch on the surface.  Now, they agreed to lower the price of the table and I told them I will go to Home Depot and if we find a product that can fixed the scratches we will take it.  Now they wanted me to signed and paid and I told them not now because we have a lot of work going on in our house and that we cannot have any furniture deliver and we will be back in two weeks.  Now, they went ahead and ran my credit card without my approval and trying to tell me that it is for the application and they kept calling me over and over and nicely I told them we are not ready to purchase we are still in constructio.

we went by last week on March the 3rd to finalise the order, so when we got there, they told me that the sectional power recliner that was on the order is no longer available and that it was sold and that she couldn’t order it the same way we wanted for it to be, so I told them then it not in our best interest and that we may purchase only the tv stand and the coffee table only cash.  Now we went to another store that have the items we want in the style and color that we want and when progressive calls them to release the approval they are refusing making excuses that the manager is not in and that I signed an invoice.  This company is a ripoff hungry for money and have no respect for their customers and every one should stay away from this business.  They are horrible, abusive and they should not be in business.  Very unprofessional if you don’t have an item you cannot force people to take what you want or basically holding them hostage.  I will continue to report this company to every law enforcement and as well to the city for mistreating people especially that I am a 100 percent disabled veteran I don’t need to go through this punishment from this establishment.  Justice need s to be serve and stay away from this company and they need to release my approval and cancel the order it is illegal coco furniture i will sue you.
