I heard about the product Code Red 7 for male enhancement advertised on the radio and called the number to place an order. The representative I talked to said I could try the product risk free for 30 days at which time I could return it and receive a full refund minus the shipping charges if I wasn't satisfied.

Before the 30 days was even up, they had already sent out an additional order and charged my account! I called immediately to tell them to cancel my orders and that I would be sending the products back because they did not work as well as the fact that I was upset that they had sent additional products before the 30 days was up! The representative cancelled any future orders. I sent the original order back by registered mail to ensure that a company representative would need to sign to verify that I had returned the product.

Once the second batch came, I called to tell them that I would be sending it back as well. At that time the second representative asked if I had obtained return authorization numbers for the first batch that I sent back. I told her that the first representative I talked to did not say anything about return authorization numbers. At that time I obtained RA numbers to send the second batch back. Once again, I sent it back by registered mail with a signature card.

I received a partial credit from them to my account approximately 3 weeks after I sent the products back. When I called to find out when the rest of my money would be credited, I was told that they only refund 25%!!! That was the first time I had even heard anything about a partial credit!!
