I got this computer from him using eBay. I saw a listing on eBay for a computer I really wanted the Toshiba Tecra M4 unlike the other listing this one was for the computer selling at $1299 rather then the $1699 you pay for the basic model at ToshibaDirect.com and the computer he was listing was had all the bells and wistles on it that would make the computer $3000 on ToshibaDirect.com
I asked him if he would end the auction early for me because I really wanted the computer and he did. When the Auction ended he asked me to wire transfer the money to him and I had never done this before normally I pay using Paypal.
Never the less I wire transfered him $1360 for the included shipping on 7/11/2005 he told me on 7/13/2005 that he was shipping the computer and on the 7/14/2005 he told me that Canadain Post picked up the computer and was sending it to me and it would take 9 days to get to me.
On the 7/25/2005 I contacted him informing him I had not recieved the computer and he told me that it would be there by 7/28/2005 at the latest. Well it did not come.
I told him I did not get it and he said he would contact the Canadian post and see why I had not recieved that computer. On 7/29/2005 he said they were researchin why i did not get the computer.
On 8/2/2005 he told me that I would have to wait until 8/12/2005 for him to get a refund in order for him to send me another computer. I have asked him for a refund and he has not responed to any of my emails

I bought the dell computer on hi swebsite and I transfered the money to him. He said he sent the package with canada post and I never received it. i asked for a tracking number and he said he didnt have one. He did the same thing to me as he did to you. He is a liar he never sent a computer nor dopes he have one. He is a con artist. I need to get a hold of you personally because the cop I talk to wants to know who else he has done this to. I want my money back to. I am a university student on a very tight budget. I tried to post my email but it was deleted. Arpikpatel@rogers.com

Yes the Same thing just happened to me too! I am going to call paypal and tell them at leat my half of the story but I do want to funds from him. He emailed me telling me that he did know of the Paypal funds being held but I really just want the money sooner rather then later. I am really frustrated that he held all that money and my computer got "lost in the mail" and now he can not refund the money. What happened to your computer?

He did this to me with the dell and I had to call the police on him. I was wondering if you got the refund or are still in the process. And if you did get a refund was it through paypal. He has been payin me bit by bit through paypal, paypal just sent me an email saying that they have to hold the funds wbecause they were unauthorized. Please respond ASAP, I would like to know if he sent you the full refund.

I was very thankful when Cody sent me an email telling me that even though he foergot to purchase insurance on the computer he would still send me a refund. Although I do not have a computer I am thankful that he was honest enough to send me a refund.
