COG MANAGEMENT GRETA FARMER Liars, Scammers comitting fraudlent activities. Theives these people are taking innocent people hard earned money these people told me that i would be able to get my 500.00 deposit back. i was told the only thing that wasnt refundable was the 35.00 application fee which i was already aware of. all i got to say is people beware of Cog Management. they are a Joke but now the joke is gonna be on those scheming bastards.     People BEWARE! of Cog Management they are some low lives scheming bastards.  I was told by one of the ladys name there by the name of Greta Farmer beware of that S**** she is nothing but a liar she is satan's wife fat a**.  i came in to inquire about one of thier properties she told me that if i liked the place, that i could put 500.00 down to hold the place she then gave me an application to fill out she told me that its a 35.00 non refundable application fee.  i was cool with that she never mentioned that the 500.00 was also non refundable once i put the money down.  Infact she told me that the 500.00 was refundable back to as long as i dont sign the lease.  well to make a long story short. i called her 2 days ago i spoke some witch name Terri 1st i informed her on what i was told by the other liar Greta, she then stated that Greta couldnt have told me that because any money placed on an apt for hold is non refundable.  I then told teri well that is not what Greta told my sister and I..Then when Greta got into work she had the adacity to tell me she would never tell me that and i wouldnt of never put down that type of money knowing that its not refundable REALLY!!! i mean what type of dam fool they think i am.  I have read the reviews in which i wish i would of checked them out before i came to them..The reviews shows where they have did this to a lot of innocent hardworking people.  i've know gotten my Attorney invovled they are a real f****** joke but Joke is now getting ready to be on them.  As toyota used to say you got the right one baby!
