Created an account with them with $500 plus 5.5 Bitcoins back in July and August 2017.  I have not been able to get a response from them when I call about information regarding my account. They do not answer my calls or emails.

Today I logged into my account and it shows a liquid asset of $17,245.20 and no Bitcoins (5.5 Bitcoins in todays $ is equivalent to $70,873.00).

My account manager with this company is a Sean Gilbert. This is a scam, they are thieves. I filled out an IC3 report with the FBI a while back against this company, but have yet to receive feedback from the FBI.

SCAMMER COIN-BANKS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN - BE CAREFUL

AUTHOR: BYRON - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, December 14, 2017

I could not log into Coin-Banks for a while, which I regularly do just to see what they are doing with my account. They had been shut down for a while, but they are back in business.

I have been trying to recuperate some of my money which according to my account with them still had $17,000 plus liquid assets (the 5.5 Bitcoin I had in the account had disappeared).

The deposits I unfortunately made with these thieves on 8/10/2017 show a dollar amount (on the attachment). They were actually made with the 5.5 Bitcoins I mention above. At the time that was worth $19,074.00. Today it is worth $93,500.00 give or take.

I requested a withdrawal on 12/7/2017 for the liquid asset of $17,000.00 and as of today (12/14/2017) it is still in the pending status (my previous withdrawal request had been denied).

I do not think I will ever get a dime from these people, but would like to keep everybody posted on what is going on.

PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!!

Coin-Banks web site shown as not a safe site to log in

AUTHOR: Byron - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, December 08, 2017

Today I tried to log into Coin-Banks just to see what their latest scam was on my account, since I have been trying to withdraw any amount of money I could from them to see if I could recuperate any of it.

My withdrawal requests have all been cancelled up to today.

Today, though,  it was different. I could not log into the account or even open up the web site. I received a security alert which stated that they were no longer a safe site to log into that their security certificate had expired, which may have caused a misconfiguration or an attacker was intercepting my connection.

It also stated that attackers might be trying to steal my information from Coin-Banks.

AUTHOR: Byron - (United States)

I attempted to withdraw what was left of my account according to Coin-Banks ($17,000) but they will not approve the withdrawal. I called the company but the phone is always busy.
