On this morning I called Collections Etc as a frequent Customer to Inform them of a defective Product they sell. Its is called the "Pedal Exerciser" oin sale for $8.99, I paid $12.99.

The Customer Service Rep was Quite Rude when I told her the lugs nuts on it don't stay put and that I did not want a refund or credit. BEWARE of this particular item, especially if you're like me and need it for Physical Therapy and are over 55 years of age and elderly.

This company provided me with what was among THE worst customer service experiences I have ever had. In so many ways they show that they could care less about their dissatisfied customers. I recommend never, ever purchasing anything from this company.
