Collectons CollecTons Sent The Wrong Item. CollecTons Refused to Exchange or refund amount without charging me for the shipping I prepaid and the shipping I had to pay to return the wrong item they sent me. The Manager, "Joel" was rude, refused to provide his last name or that of the owner. This company is a RIP OFF. Has horrible customer service. Reported to Better Business Bureau in Bolder Colorado. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE!!! Boulder Colorado

I contacted the company about purchasing a bill (currency) holder for a bill I purchased as a collector.  I spoke with "Luisa" who after telling her that I was looking to protect a rare piece of currency and how I wanted to display it, directed me to an item on their website.  I ordered over the phone this item directly with Luisa and charged my credit card.  The item came and it was different than the one I orderd.  I called Luisa and she told me that they must have sent me an old one by mistake and that I could return or exchage it for the one I orderd, but that I had to pay to the postage to return the item and that if I wanted a refund they would not refund my shipping costs.  I asked to speak with the manager and a buffoon named "Joel" identified himself as the manager. When I asked his last name, he refused to give it to me. I told him I was send the wrong item and he said the same thing Luisa said.  I asked to speak with the owner, Joel (The Buffoon) refused my request or even to tell me the name of the owner.  I ASKED HIM IF I SHOULD PAY FURTHER FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND HE REPLIED, THAT IS OUR POLICY.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE IMO A RIP OFF!

They sent the wrong item.  They agreed to give me a partial refund after taking a 5% restocking fee, my shipping costs and have me pay shipping to return their wrong item.  They are LIARS!!  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are on ebay and don't even accept paypal so they don't have to follow the return rules.  STAY AWAY!  UNVELIEVEABLY POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Customer received exactly what was ordered. He was not happy when he received it.  We offered to replace or refund but he was not happy with that either. Customer used vulgarity with our customer service team and customer service manager. We had to block him from calling us.
