I called them to schedule an appointment to get a quote for a full move. When you call them it is a service that will dispatch the local franchise that services your area. They were very professional on the phone. The estimator was running very late but he did call me to let me know he will be coming. We had a morning appointment and he showed up after 3:30pm. They were supposed to give me the quote the next day. I didn't hear from them for 5 days and I started calling, emailing and leaving messages. 12 phone calls were made to them, 5 voicemails, and 4 emails. On the 10th day I decided to call the 800 number and complain; they were very professional as before and I explained the situation, I was told they should have someone from the local office call that day. I didn't hear from them so I called again the next day and was told they will call the owner. I received a call that afternoon by one of their drivers telling me they were busy and they would get me the quote that day. I then got a call from the owner who was very nice and apologetic and said they were busy and then told me there was an accident (where have I heard that before?) They finally got the quote to me; they were the same price as the other movers until I started asking to make sure I was getting the same service as the other moving company quotes. The response was there were trip fees and other fees that ended up making the cost a few hundred dollars more. This was the only mover that had those added fees but at least he was honest about the additional costs. I decided not to use their services. I see from the reviews they are a reputable company and that does go a long way with me since another mover (which I reviewed) tried to rip me off a few week earlier. If you do decide to use any mover, make sure you ask lots of questions about any additional fees so there are no surprises. Questions to ask are: How many men/women will be moving me. What if we are running late? What if your truck breaks down?
