College Hunks Hauling Junk of North Jersey Amanda Bad, Not Stress Free, Horrible Customer Service, E Hanover New Jersey

 The motto of this company is "Stress Free" which I find to be the biggest joke ever.  The movers who came to my home were gruff and awkward and did not seem to have a level of knowledge that even the most unskilled laborer would be able to figure out.  The first BIG thing that went wrong was they busted my door jam by bashing my couch into it.  Then they tried to piece it back together and just kind of stick it back into place.  Then they continued to manhandle my couch and ended up ripping it.  Now all of this would have been bad enough but when I spoke to the office they just kept blowing me off.  I spoke to a Casey who was suppose to get back to me but he never did.  I then called into the corporate office and was told that someone named Amanda would be contacting me but she never did.  I waited very patiently but felt that enough time had gone by.  I then called the corporate office again and they assured me that they would have someone from the NJ office call me back.  It never happened.  I finally called in again, this time furious and I was given the number to a manager in the corporate office who was very nice, as all of the corporate people were, and she told me that she would have the NJ office call me for sure.  Well it has been almost two months and I did get a call from Casey, the original person I spoke with but he did not give me satisfaction.  These people are out for themselves and are arrogant, and very rude.  They don't seem to undersstand what common business practice is when it comes to customer service.  I would NOT recommend College Hunks to anyone.  They are way to expensive to be providing the kind of service you can find from craigslist for a fraction of the price and probably less aggrevation.
