college network threating to garnish my check , Internet

2 and 1/2 years ago i signed a contract for this school however i cancelled in 30 days and was at that point they told me i only had 3 days to cancel well like i said now here 2 and 1/2 yrs later they called me at work threating garnishment i explained to the lady on the phone the situation she told me that her company had bought my loan so i would need to get in touch with the college network now mind you even though my loan has been bought by someone else i still can access anything at the college network but they are wanting me to pay $10,000  back for something i did not and can not do what a load of crap!!! if anyone knows of a class action lawsuit sign me up
