College of Idaho C of I jazz teacher forcing student to loose financial aid! Nampa Idaho

My student Attends College of Idaho. They have a 90 day period after they are enrolled in a class to drop it without any problem. The instructor of Jazz band their waited untill after that date to change his scedual so that student did not have an oprotunity to drop the class.

Student who work around their college scedual are being told to quit their job or drop the class. I know atleast 2 student who are loosing financial aide based on the fact that if they drop the class they are not concidered full time students.

 When one student emaile him with concerns he/she was told to loose financial aid or quit his/her job. I feel as though this is wrong! If the student scedual was set prior to the 90 days she or he should not be penalized for the teacher inability to maintain the decided upon scedual. Especialy since it is past the date to change classes. One student had his/her financila aid droped already and is now having to pay for classes covered by financial aid. 

This problem is puting student behind and causing them to have to drop out of school because they loose financial aid and attend school another year rather then this instructor change back to the scheduled that was agreed upon. This seems unacceptable!  Hard working student loosing credit for work they do because someone chooses to be unreasonable.
