It's not by chance you're reading this. You're reading this for a reason. You are part of a bigger plan in saving consumer's from being ripped off.  Scott Rose is a crook. David Mcintosh is a crook. Collin County Construction is a group of con artist.  DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! RUN FAST! A CURSE IS ON THIS COMPANY!

They will lie about honest reviews and say they have no record of your project. They say they have thousands of happy customers, when the majority of their reviews are negative. Any positive review is as fake as a $3 dollar bill. 

They will say it's their mission to satisfy customers when in reality they don't give a f**** about you or your roof.  This review will save you and your family from the heartache of being defrauded and possibly a lien placed on your home.

I hope and pray this review saves the public consumer from fraudulent construction companies like Collin County Construction, LLC..  They are absolute dog s***.  Collin County Construction defrauds the insurance company for incomplete work. They lie about work they've done and turn in fake receipts to get paid on work they don't do.

Collin County Construction defrauds the mortgage company putting your home at risk. This company is blacklisted on many mortgage company's. If they find out you are using them they'll refuse to release your check.

Collin County Construction drinks alcohol on the job and throws beer cans in your attic. I found a six pack of empty Modelo beer cans in my attic.  Collin County Construction hires undocumented workers. I asked the roofers if they were legal citizens and EVERYONE said they were not!  Collin County Construction put holes in my gas lines and my AC lines and charged me to fix it!

They use nail guns and bursted holes in my gas line spilling gas all throughout my home. I found my AC didn't work this summer, all the freon leaked out. They said it's not their problem and refused to repair it, costing me thousands!  Collin County Construction does cheap work, leaving your roof to leak and refuses to fix it. I had two leaks and they refused to fix both.

Collin County Construction threatened to sue me and place a lien on my house because I held the depreciation check after so many problems with them.  My roof was replaced 4 years ago. I didn't suspect I needed it to be replaced again but agreed to an inspection. What happened next was down right fraud.

I saw no serious damage but the roofer inflicted damage to my roof, gutters, fence, window screens and other parts of the exterior of my home. He took photos and said its damaged and I need to call my insurance. After watching him inspect the roof I now know what was happening.

As a consumer it's the public's right to know the truth.  This company trains it's employees to damage your property.

Collin County Construction, LLC. furnishes tools and trains it's people to damage your house if they find no damage. They will scratch up your shingles, put dents in your gutters, mark up your fence and rip holes in your window screens. They do all this in hopes the insurance company will approve your claim.

If your claim is approved, Collin County Construction will do the bare minimum and charge you as if it did all the work. To them it's not your money, but insurance money. To them it's not your house, but since your paying a mortgage note it's the banks house.

They will bilk the insurance company by taking photos and charging for work they do not do. They are liars.

If you sign an agreement with them, they think it's their money to do as they please. They hire undocumented workers. Many have fallen off roofs and Collin County Construction refused to help them. They do not provide insurance for their workers and they are not licensed general contractors.

After speaking to other employees, I found out this company has stolen many thousands of dollars owed to it's contractors. Many of their workers cannot leave the company because so much unpaid money is owed to them.

By hiring untrained roofers the level of work is of the poorest quality. They train their people to use the cheapest material, but lie to the customer and tell them it's the best.  They say it's the homeowners job to do their research. In their mind the homeowner is always trying to scam them, when in reality it's the other way around.

All the positive reviews online are paid for with bribes. Collin County Construction paid to receive a Frisco small business award. They spend thousands of dollars repairing their online reputation and putting up fake positive reviews.

THE OWNER, SCOTT ROSE IS A THIEF AND HAS BEEN SUED MANY TIMES. The only time Scott Rose is telling the truth is when his mouth is shut. I've never met a more hypocritical person. I don't believe thats his real name!

Scott Rose is that guy who says "thank you Jesus" when hail storms hit your house. Scott Rose masquerades as a Christian, but says "God is blessing us" when hail and wind storms destroy your home. Collin County Construction is a predatory company that will extort you and the insurance company. Do not allow yourself, your family and your home to be victimized by these con artist.

There are so many other legitimate and professional companies out there who will treat you right without trying to get over on you.
