Colon Cleanse 3000 free trial scam Scottsdale, Arizona

I had gone online to see about the acai berry product that I thought Dr. Oz had recommended on Oprah's show (I also saw a write up from Rachel Ray about it). This is the first time I ever did this kind of online shopping and it will be the last! I ended up ordering a free trial of acai berry that had a 14 day cancellation period and another pop-up window for colon cleanse 3000 appeared, which I thought was from the same company (apparently not!)

The colon cleanse 3000 did not arrive with the acai berry and when I called to cancel that so as not to be charged $83.95, they said they weren't showing the colon cleanse order, so I thought for some reason it did not go through, so I didn't do anything. Then weeks later I received the colon cleanse 3000 and I get my bank statement and I am being charged the $83.95. Luckily a phone number was on my bank statement for me to reach them because there are many companies selling colon cleanse products.

The customer service people have been rude, said there is nothing they can do that there copany does NOT issue refunds, and hung up on me twice. They refuse to hear any reasons and say that they offer no refunds unless cancelled within 14 days of ORDERING (not receiving). Despite the fact that I did not receive the product in the 14 days and the product ships without any contact information (how convenient for them), they say they can not refund my money.

I have put the matter in dispute with my credit card company, so we shall see. I feel so stupid and this company purposely tries to trick people and make it difficult for them to cancel within 14 days. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I am seeing what other complaints with the state of AZ I can file.
