Colon Cleanse M.D. Company advertises free trials of colon cleanse and then charges $89.31 to your account Las Vegas Nevada

I received what I thought was a free trial of colon cleanse from Colon Cleanse M.D. The only charge was shipping which was supposed to total $3.95. About a week later I discovered a charge from Green Tea, a company I have never heard about before, for $89.31. I reported fraud to my bank and tried to contact this Green Tea company with no luck, there were 79 customer calls ahead of me. On my receipt for my "FREE TRIAL" it stated that "NUBODI" would be on my credit card statement. This is even another name that they use.

Attached is the Terms and Conditions of NUBODI (not Green Tea or Colon Cleanse M.D.):I understand that by ordering Nubodi, I am agreeing to receive either Colon Cleanser, or Somniem PM for a free 14-day trial period (days of availability for actual usage could be less depending on shipping time) beginning on date of order. $3.95 (non-refundable) for S&P. I understand that unless I cancel by calling 1-801-208-7485 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 14th day my credit card will automatically be charge $89.31 (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of the Nubodi product to be shipped at that time to my door.

Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $89.31 every 31 days for new supply of Nubodi. I understand that I may cancel any future shipments Monday through Friday by calling 1-801-208-7485.
