Colonial Life Insurance company Mr Fleming Colonial Life refuse to pay claim agent lies to get you to sign up columbia, South Carolina

Our company signed up with Colonial life insurance company this year and they sent a rep to our office his name is Mr Fleming from the Destin Florida office  He sat us all down and told us about what he was selling I told him 3 times and have witnesses that I told him about my high PSA and that I had a biopsy coming up in June. He said I would still be covered because I have not been dianosed with cancer yet. I asked him 3 times if he was sure and he said yes. Now Colonial life is refuseing to pay the claim This is straight out bait and hook FRAUD I would love to find a attorny to do a bad faith insurance claim or sue them for fraud. They are playing word games by saying it was pre exsiting I have a letter from my doctor that states this is not pre exsiting because a high PSA does not mean Cancer Colonial life has to be the worst company out there to let there rep Lie just to get customer to sign up I just want what I have paid for all year they have no problem taking you're money but will not pay the claim If any attory wants to help me please contact me thought this site . Again I hope this will deter other people from signing up with Colonial life they will lie to you and not pay the claim

Hi Im looking for help in getting a Bad faith and fraud insurance clailm resolved with Colonial life & Acccident insurance company. Poicy number 4269071680 claim number 987708493. They are saying it was a pre-existing condition and it was not. When there Agent came to our office to sign people up I told Mr. Shawn Fleming that I had a high PSA levle and that I was having a biopsy on June 8th and he told me that I would still be covered because It was not diagnosed yet and that a high PSA does not meen you have Cancer. I told him I know because the Doctor told me a high PSA could meen many things. Mr Shawn Fleming again told me I would be covered I do have 3 witnesses that heard this whole conversation. Now that I was diagnsised with cancer on the 17th of June and the policy took effect on the 1st of June They are refusing to pay the $10000 because they say I know I had Cancer I have a letter from my doctor saying that there was no way for me to know He thought it was just a infection of the prostate thats why he wanted to do the Biopsy. I would have never signed up with Colonial insurance if Mr Fleming would not have lied to me just to get me to sign up. Colonial life is tring to say it was pre-exising because of a high PSA level and as my doctor and any doctor will tell you a high psa level does not meen Cancer. I was refered to you my the Florida commisioner.  I know this is staight out fraud because I was lied to just to get me to sign up with them. I do have all the paper work from my doctor and between Colonial life that I can fax to you upon you're request.
