I have been having trouble making my payment ( like everyone else in this country) I am 2 payment behind and I was able to make one of them . They sent back the payment 2 weeks later and requested that I get the full amount within 3 days or they will start forclosure. I have made arragements with a loan officers and now that person is gone and I have a a snot nose brat that is not willing to help. They told me that they could do a loan modification but we would have divide the 2 payments into and make an additional extra payment. If I am having a hard time make one payment how can I make 2 1/2

I know someone who has the same identical problem with the same financial institution. They have been dealing with misrepresentations since the same period of time as you and it is still continuing.
It would be great if you could communicate with them and compare notes to expose Colonial Savings for their fraud and misrepresentations and whoever else is with them in doing this.
