Colonial Van Lines company was contracted to move my household goods from Alabama to Florida Internet

This is the very worst company i have ever dealt with  They never  showed  to pick-up my house hold goods, No one except a customer service  agent would talk to me. I called in a 4 day period 91 times I have the Verzion  phone record.I sent 11 emails NO ONE would talk to me to tell me when a truck  would arrive I had sold my house, and the new buyer would arrive on the 4th of  June 2012 with their stuff from Ok. Colonial was to pick me up on the 1st or 2nd  Of June 2012. They were to let me know 24 hours in an advance what time   the truck would arrive They never called  When I did get through on  the phone the customer service agent said they were working on getting a truck  THIS IS ONE DAY PRIOR TO PICK UP DAY! For a move that they had a $1462.38  deposit for sinch 24 April 2012 NO ONE would talk to me or answer my emails I  hope people stop using this company they are deceitfull My deposit was returned  on the 6/18/12 almost two months they had it  16 days after they failed to  pick up. I will be going to Small Claims court for the expense they caused me  Please do not use this company If people stick togeather they can get rid of  bussness that operate like this
