I ordered colon700 15 day free trial. I recieved my order on 12-24-08. If I cancel within 15 days all you pay is postage or you can send the bottle back and owe nothing. I cancelled on 12-29-08.

It took me 4 days to realize this product was not working. It made me very constipated. The 5th day I was feeling drained and bloated. I called them and asked them to cancel my membership. He cancelled it and sent me a cancellation notice to my e-mail. I thought all was well, I cancelled in 5 days.

What he didn't tell me was they had already shipped me another order that same day and that I would be charged $88.98 for it. I sent it back but got another package from them which I haven't been bill for. I sent them both back the same days I recieved them. The second one was sent after my cancellation maybe that is why I was not charged for the second one or because they just have'nt charged it yet.

I've tryed many times sence to call, I get a message then cut off before getting to talk to anyone. I may have called a different number the first time. I call the number on the package they sent me. I don't have that number it
was sent back with the package.

I have called my bank card and filed a dispute on the $88.97 charge.
