Colony American Homes Ruthless company Riverside California

I moved into my home in april 2014. At the time we were dealing with a real estate agent and all of a sudden everything changed. We were not informed until almost 3 months of being in the home that colony american was taking over. We had filled out a move in sheet that we had been calling about for months and no one ever came to fix anything until october and all they did was change a couple of light bulbs in the ceiling. In our lease we didnt get our washer and dryer until months after. When we called to ask about things no one would return our phone calls and months went by with no response. Pieces of the back porch roof fell on my son but no repairs were made and everything was documented on the move in sheet. The grass was never cut upon move in nothing was done as promised and if it was it came when someone felt like doing it. Later on i became really ill and started to fall behind on my rent for 1 month. I know the lease states even if your ill no exceptions and that was a red flag there but i didnt think they would be so ruthless. I called and asked the lady if i could make half the payment one week and the other half the following week. I just needed that one time and i would have been ok for the rest of the time. They said no so i ended up going to the court and the judge says i see you tried to pay but they dont take partial payments so you have to move. So the lady who represents them never said 2 words to me after court and they werent even prepared. So me and my kids and i was pregnant at the time moved to a hotel. I personally went to the colony american office to see what i had to pay so it wouldnt go on my credit and it was double the amount with court fees. I eneded up having to move to another state but i found out that for the court the judgement was a different amount which was less. So colony gave my information to a creditor and they have a different amount but when i requested the information from the creditor they sent me two mens lease from northern California and pictures of someone elses house. When i spoke to the manager of the creditor she said thats what colony sent them. My problem is im trying to clean up this situation and they are unorganized who knows where my information is that lease has my kids names and my signature on it. To many different amounts something is not right here. I know of at least 3 different ones! Avoid these people at all costs!
