Colorplus Auto, Parkside Deli, Daniel Montgomery Dead Beat Dad Willfully with held court ordered child support Anthem Arizona

This individual is willfully with-holding child support and I strongly suspect that he is transfering and/or hididng assets to avoid paying his court ordered child support. He ownes his own business at ColorPlus Auto. and is starting a new business called Parkside Deli in Anthem, Az. He is currently going through a divorce with another individual with whom he has another child with. He is not helping with the financial obligations with his other child as well. He stopped paying us child support around the time he seperated with his wife. We are going through the courts (at a slow pace) and he is using every opprotunity to exhaust our income and what little savings that we have by being uncooperative with requests to show his personal and business financial documents. Which by the way were requested several times starting approximately 7 months ago.

To add insult to injury he is attemtping to increase his parenting time with the courts to half-time with our child. (in hopes to avoid having to pay future child support of corse) We have never with-held visitation with his child. And gave him every opprotunity to be involved with his child. He chose to be a distant "Disneyland" parent. And often cancelled his visits and put his child after his other social priorities.
