Colton RV Money Hungry Dealership orchard park New York

On 4/28/15 we went to an Rv show at the Casino. We seen a fifth wheel that we were interersted to see what deal they would do. we were there for 4 hours before they convinced us to buy. it was late and they were starting to drive all the vehicles back to their lot. So they made us sign a no cooling of paper. We purchased the service contract $2982. Coachnet $395. And paint and fabric protection $1500.00. And we put $5000.00 down.

On 5/02/15 we went up to their lot to finish paper work, in which they redid another contract. Asked if we gould get out of the sale. They said NO. So we looked at the Fifthwheel went over how everything works etc,  Put an additional $15000.00 down($20000.00 total).  Couldnt find a truck to pull it so asked if we could trade it for something we could use. Traded for a small RV.

We paid $74901.04 for the fifth wheel, they gave us $62000.00 They said that they would have to sell it as used. It never left their lot and never was registered and titled.

On 5/12/15 went back up to go over the RV and they change the contract for the Rv, charged the loan amount from 79871.55 to 80056.43, because the payoff changed,which wasnt our fault their the ones that kept redoing the contract and didnt pay the fifth wheel off in a timely matter. Complained and they finally gave us credit for the difference in their parts department, how many customers do they do this to that they dont notice and the customer pays the additional amount.

They charged me $300.00 to register and tag, which they never did,  Called the warranty PDS to make sure they cancelled the contract, PDS told me they never received the contract.So they charged me for warranty and service contract that they(Colton RV) never sent to PDS. Left a message and a letter that I should get that money back, No response from them.

Just called them today 6/25/15 to find out where my registration is because my temporary expired today. Got their answer machine, left a message(in the morning)and they never called me back.  So now i have a motorhome that I cant use because its regisration has expired.
