I joined Columbia House DVD Club on April 18, 2004.

I was promised a FREE Kodak EasyShare 6330 Giveaway Digital Camera!! Suggested Retail Price of $249.95 This was through (I believe) Freeslide, Inc at 701 Gervais Street Suite 150-108 Columbia, SC 29201

It said "This free camera offer is sponsored entirely by Freeslide."

I tried to cancel my account and asked about my camera and they said they were sorry but that I had not fulfilled my obligation and therefore did not qualify. So I immediately said OK, then make my account active again, which they did. And when I check my account info it says that I have fulfilled my obligation. Actually more than doubled it. But cannot get any answers anywhere as to where my Camera is! Can you help. Please!!
