This is unbelievable. I have tried 2 times over 2 years to cancel this DVD club membership, going so far as to call my credit card company to stop payment. The payments do stop for a while, then suddenly I start getting DVDs again and charges on my CC.
I am amazed that this company can still run and operate legally. There is absolutely no way to speak directly with anyone from the company as they do not offer that option. Don't bothering trying to find a way...you will waste hours getting the runaround on the phone. The internet site has an option for emailing concerns, however the "subject" pull down menu won't allow you to choose cancel membership. Any other option shows up, but if cancel is chosen, it won't appear.
The program is a hoax and I will be certain to warn EVERYONE who will listen not to join!
