IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH COLUMBIA HOUSE YOU MUST STOP NOW. I PURCHASED A MOVIE FOR MY NIECE'S BIRTHDAY AND NOT ONLY DID THEY NEVER SEND THE MOVIE BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO SEND THE MOVIE OR GIVE BACK THE MONEY. AND I WAS JUST TOLD NOT MORE THAN 3 MINUTES AGO THAT IF I WANT THE MOVIE I HAVE TO REPURCHASE THE THING. THEN I WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS AND I WANTED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT SHE SAID OK AND THAT I WILL STILL GET MAIL FROM THEM FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. I TOLD HER THAT WAS HERASSMENT AND SHE SAID NO THATS COMPANY POLOCY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
