A claim was filed and just recently I received $75 for the entire incident. This is not even a tiny percentage that was stated that I would receive if there was ever a situation such as happened to me. All these years being scammed. In reference to the State and the investigation it was simply that you thieves then just stated that you thought the incident happened to my son not to me, when clearly this was stated many times.  So when you scammers came out with the bright  idea that you thought it was my son I was then told to start all over.

There is one additional problem, even if it was my son I had a whole family plan of coverage that was equal in coverage to all my family members. You collected and charged a family plan right?Again you are very deceitful and only charge but when its time to pay you offer $50 to quit and after all this time  you then finally send $75 for 18 years of payment. Where was the coverage that I signed for?  Please tell the world the exact charges you collected for 18 years from me and the exact coverage I had. Let everyone know exactly what you are doing.Stop scamming!!!  

I don't understand what you are complaining about.  Your claim that combined ripped you off but provide no real details. You called in a claim? Normally you have to submit paper claims to insurance companies, not called in claims.  The only thing that stands out to me is that your state refused to investigate it.  This tells me that your contract was honored as it was written and you are mad because you did not have the right coverage for what ever happened.
