this company set me up from the beginning i entered a o\o contract with them and they later sent me a letter thru the mail stating that commercal warehousins was beening taking over my mbm inc, both of these companies are ware houses not were truck payments go.i stated calling wanting to know about my escrow accounts and never was provided with any.i tried to talk to almost every body and then the next month willis shaw told me i was behind in my truck payments but they deduction the payments out of my settlement so how did i get behind,they started taking payments out every settlement .the agreement was for a portion every week not every settlement.after contacting the bbb they then started to to giving me loads and chargin g me for cash advances that i did not get and every time i call they treated me like i was really getting the money.no one would listen.i still would not quit after i filed a complaint with the irs they terminated my contract and living me with nothing but pain and suffering,i can't even use the truck to go to another company because they made up some bogus finacail institution and using them as the owner on the tile.now i am stuck with nothing and i was a company driver for them 3 years prior to becoming an o\o
they never had any problems with me,i trusted this company and they played with livily hood as well as but me in dept .they wasn't even giving me all of my revenue,dentiontion pays ,making my trips look like detention pays .giving me made up trips and when i get there it never exsisted .when they did give a load it was never pre planned .i always had to to wait and never got paid for it and when they did pay me for it they took out deduction out of it that didn't suppose to take because they was late paying me my dent,stop pay ,to get me confused .i have contacted every superevisor i could,but every body their is in on this and try to make it seem i'm getting on there nerves. i just need some help.i've contacted every body i could think of and it seems every thing fall.

ive got proof were i made over $1000.00 for one trip and my net pay be 7.49 going into my account.please some help me .i just want justice to be revealed and trated accordinly.
