comdata i would like to get my money back Internet

I used my card from comdata a atm November1st it was broke so that machine took 600 dollars from me I called comdata they told me I had to wait til that Monday to do a transaction dispute it's Wednesday now and they are still telling me it's going to take 10 business days and this is the second time this as happen I told them this is obviously a problem they should address but they blow me off so if you are thinking of using this as your payroll to have your paycheck put on don't safe yourself the time I lost work and my bill collectors keep blowing up my phone wanting to know when I can pay them this service is not worth it any legal advice would be awesome
