I contact them asking about chat software they selling on cometchat.com and they replied friendly and knowledgeable, answering positive to all my technical questions. They all have English namesto mislead you,in fact they are in india. They even lover the price down to convince me to purchase cometchat. Once I made the purchase, software failed to install on my site. I search forums at cometchat.com and run into some horrifying posts thaton some theydont answer in monthsbut some they delete very fast. I try to open several support tickets no answer at all! I ask for money back, no answer. Then I contact them from different email address they responded nice as before hoping to rip off another consumer...

Basically, once they take your money, they will give you useless peace of software that doesnt eveninstall thenthey will completely stop responding. I have to change my credit card number because I read where someone elseis askingfor return because they charged his credit card several times without informing him...
