My experience with this dentist was shocking and horrific. I called the dentist to ask if my insurance was accepted. I was assured it was. The dentist was made aware of my issue. Once I arrived, my insurance was processed and 1/2 of the work was done. Now for the unethical part.

I returned for the completion of my common, covered procedure. I waited for an extraordinary amount of time. I finally see the dentist, only to be told my insurance didn't cover it. It did but they wanted me to apply for credit so I could buy more procedures.

No patient should leave in pain on a covered procedure. I refused and was sent out of the office in pain with an exposed root. I am well aware of the emergence of predatory dentists and this is an example. A patient's basic dental care should be completed.
