Our comfortaire bed is already worn out in less than a year. The pump that came with it started making noise and finally stopped working. After contacting the company, I was told it would all be replaced. It never happened. I called and called but still I have nothing but a phone bill. We spent over $3,000 for something that is now boxed up in the garage. The last time I talked to comfortair they told me they would not honor the warranty because we bought our bed on the internet. This company has some nerve selling on the internet and then not honoring the warranty because I purchased on the internet.

At this point, for a period of a few years, this report is still online. I know Rip Off report is intended to help companies and individuals, but this is not the case for this report. This report is not accurate, hopefully the good honest people at Rip Off report can take notice and remove a fake report against our company.

I am the owner of this bed and the statement about not stanfing behind the warranty is not true.

My pump broke after more than 9 years and they replaced it with no problems.

My experience with Comfortaire has been positive in every way. It's also nice to see the owner of the company responding -- another example of the integrity of the company.

We are quick to find out what problems if any you have. The comments above are the furthest from the truth. We are rated number one in value of our product and customer satisfaction by a third party company. Of course competitors will try to tarnish that part of our business. We are not perfect but strive to be.

Mrs. Miller,

Sorry but we do not have any C.Miller from a Fort Pierce, and no customer that has purchased from this site because our site has not even been open for a year. The allegations above if contacted at our customer service line will be taken care of, but without a real name, pictures of the product, and a invoice you probably purchased someone else bed.

***** If you are a competitor posting false links, We cannot control that but we do offer the best service and a product that is patented. Yes we have been around for 27 years, and we try to be the best.

If you do not post a real invoice, product pictures, call us, or post your real name how can you expect someone to help you out?
