i had my phone hooked up on 11/02 02 i got my phone number but im still not able to use my phone because comm south as of 12/11/02 still has not hooked it up they say it is landlords responsiblity
i have contacted them to ask for my money back they called me lairs and stupid and cused out our landlord and called him stupid to they said i could not get my money back but sent me a bill for 59.92 but i havent been able to use my phone at all
i am disabled and i need my phone i think they should have to give me my money back of 89.99 . me and landlord has asked to speak to supervisor and they would not let us please help me resolve this matter thank you
