Commercial Industries Light Bulb Scam Internet

The vendor contacted the center and requested to speak with the maintenance department. The receptionist informed the caller that the director of maintenance was on vacation. The sales person asked for the name of the maintenance director. The receptionist gave the sales person the name of the maintenance director. The sales person said they would call back. Two weeks later a shipment of light bulbs arrived attention the maintenance director. A short time after that the invoice arrived billing for unordered light bulbs at $479.25. The maintenance director has never spoken to anyone at Commercial Industries.

The vendor is now trying to collect on the invoice and is calling up to 4 times a day trying to get payment. The center would return the product however the vendor is refusing to give a return shipping address.
