Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp. cmc Fraudulant Business Practice Farmingdale, New York

Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp contacted an employee of my company and offered a free sample of degreaser.  Somehow, CMC obtained the billing address and billed 4 orders of the product for over $1,623.13 for supposedly 270 "units" of the degreaser.  Unfortunately, their scam worked as 3 invoices of totaling $1,035.57 was paid.  I called the company to have the money returned, but they refused.  Apparently, three 5 gal jugs were shipped that were never ordered costing the $1,035.57.  The company continues to send bills for items never ordered, not to mention the false quantity and price.  I contacted the FTC and the USPS to report the fraud, but am doubtful they will do anything.  CMC and its operators need to be jailed.
