Commercial Property Consultants LLC, CPC National Asset Partners CPC and Sandler are at it again Internet

Scott Sandler is at it again.  He's pushing National Asset Partners as his new company, claiming he was never part of Commercial Property Consultants.  He lied.  He somehow got Bill Stredney to fall on the sword, and he started over.  Be sure to read the other reports on this site.

He is in the process of "resigning" the former CPC affiliates.  Well, beware if you are now attached to National Asset Partners because you will get screwed soon enough. They are already getting late in sending out the commission checks, rightfully earned by their affiliates.  

There are more new entities in the works thanks to Sandler & Company.  These new entities will be competing directly with his own affiliates.  So much for promising sales leads. 

So beware of "Precision Business Sales", "Willow Rock Consultants", and "The Summitt Program".  These are the new entities he is about to get off the ground, chasing new affiliates, all who will be providing cost segregation studies and competing directly with the NAP and CPC affiliates.  The major playes in this scam are Scott Sandler, John Murphy, Joe Kleiman and Cari Kussy.  Please people, do your homework and don't fall for his scam again.
