Commercial Real Estate Finance LLC CRE Finance LLC refusal to refund, incomplete transaction, Eatontown New Jersey

I’m filing this complaint after doing business with Todd Tretsky and Michele Williams of Commercial Real Estate Finance LLC. I was looking to do a refinance loan. On multiple occasions I was asked to send in documents that were already received.

I was also made to create an LLC. Upon completion of all the requirements, I realized it was taking too long to get a response. After having no contact from Michele Williams I emailed her on two occasions and got no response.

I was compliant and did everything requested to execute this refinance transaction and in the final hours was told that I need to move or have a tentative renter before I can complete the transaction by Michele Williams. After reading through the Letter of Intent nowhere does it mention that as a prerequisite.

So I contacted Todd Tretsky and requested a full refund of my application and appraisal fee or a letter of commitment. No appraisal was completed, nor was a letter of commitment received, thus the transaction was incomplete. Todd Tretsky made no effort to resolve the issue. He said I would not be refunded and that I didn’t provide them with the documents requested.
