THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.... I inquired about an affiliate program they offered to help my clients.,,  They told me that they have been in business for over 15 years... TURNS OUT since July 2009.

Upon digging further, they are a layered level marketing company. David George is a scammer.  He is also partnered with a company called Commercial Loan Review or CRL.... This company is actually one in the same.  CRL is out of IL.  David George's company is located in Houston Texas... It is a bogus Credit repair and debt company!  They have an "F" rating with the BBB... NO WONDER!

CLR and Commercial Relief are the latest scammers in the loan modification business.... First it was residential.... now its commercial loan modifcations!!!!

They don't even have a legit office, neither company.  They have a recorded 800 number that doent describe anything but should make anyone who is calling VERY ALARMED!!!!

If you cant call a real phone number and speak to a real person.... RUN!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES!!!!!

They also claim to be an attorney firm.... Their lawyer Micheal Fleck is a scam too!  He doesnt do modifications and also isnt even in the same state or office!
He is one of those attorneys who "Collects" a fee for using his name!!!

Both companies charge different fees for their service, due to 2 differrent models...

Both companies are chargings min. which can range between 3500.00 and up to 20,000 plus for their "WHOLESALE" fees......  NOT WHAT THE CLIENT IS CHARGED... THAT IS MUCH HIGHER!!!!

Thousands of loan modification companies have been shut down over the past 2 years and Commercial Relief and Commercial Loan Review are 2 that will be soon as well!

DON'T TRUST COMMERCIAL LOAN REVIEW, CLR, OR COMMERCIAL RELIEF when it comes to your hard earned reputation and client trust!  THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

SCAM

AUTHOR: George - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, September 16, 2010

This is a rebuttal to Allan with his completely false report as follows:

"I recently used CLR (George, Marcy and Richard) for a loan modification. The company did nothing to help us. They took our money and stopped all communication after that. I tried numerous times to get them to communicate with us and they failed. I had to threaten action to get communication. They made representations that they contacted our lender, when in fact they did not. They represented that they were going to present us with a loan workout proposal on a certain date, they did not. They made a lot of false promises that we have documented very well. They appear to be a scam at best. We have made complaints with FTC, BBB and Attorney General. The owner, Richard, committed to refund our money and then said he would not. He would not even return calls or emails. We asked for documentation that they contacted our lender and they could not provide. It is clear to me that this firm is taking advantage of those in need. They tell you what you want to hear and fail to produce. BUYER BEWARE. You will lose your $5k, no doubt about it. But with the legal system, this company will pay for their false advertising and promises that come at the expense of consumers. This is a shady business and should be dealt with ASAP. Nobody should be scammed. They represented that they have been in business for years and come to find out they have not. Cannot even produce resumes, references, etc. A complete joke! Words cannot describe this organization. Justice shall prevail Do your homework and avoid this scam."

*********

First of all, Allan is the partner of Brian, who also filed a similar complaint with Ripoff Report, and are acting as though they are separate entities in an apparent attempt to "get some mileage" from their nonsensical complaints. They both also filed individual complaints with the BBB.

The BBB will typically give a rating of "C" to a company who is not a member, and/or a company for which they do not have enough information, which is also the rating CLR initially received in 2009, until recently.

The BBB investigated their complaint which was identical to the worthless words and drivel sent here to Ripoff Report in this complaint. Upon full investigation of both the individual complaints, AND investigation into CLR, the BBB found CLR was not at any fault whatsoever and essentially deemed Allan and Brian's separate individual complaints as unfounded.

In fact, the BBB rendered a determination in FAVOR of CLR. Thanks to Brian and Allan, and the forced investigation of the BBB into this matter, and CLR, Commercial Loan Review, Inc. now has a BBB Rating of B+. For verification and total proof, please see the recent BBB rating change UPWARD for Commercial Loan Review, Inc.

For any questions, concerns or futher full disclosure regarding this matter, please contact me at:

Respectfully Submitted,

Vice President - CLR

Lisa G -

This is the 2nd time that someone has confused us with the people that you are referring to (David George and Micheal Fleck). Our company is called CLR - Commercial Loan Review. We have no association with, "Commercial Relief", David George and Michael Fleck. We do not offer Credit Repair services. I did go through our database of contacts and names and I could not find any of these parties. Please let me know who is making these statements so I can confront them. We are a small (but growing, 11 people) Chicago suburban company and you can always stop by our office or call me directly with any questions.

Obviously Not Business Savvy

AUTHOR: Corp - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, September 13, 2009

Our Corporation has had a relationship with FixCreditBiz Marketing and David George for several years now.  I will state we have found both to be of the highest integrity, truthful and easily reachable and responsive by both phone or email.

This individual clearly has very limited business education and has not made any claim to being harmed financially or otherwise defrauded in any way but rather misled by her own limited investigative "digging" skills.

As neither an Affiliate nor a Client the posting of the Report is Questionable, at best, to begin with.

There is a baffling sense of wonder that this is a Marketing Company...she attempted to join it as an Affiliate!  I have never heard the term "layered level" used...so I Googled it.
Results 1 - 1 of 1 for "layered level marketing" (this Report Posting is the Only example Google can come up with, too).  So, for all her "digging" she created a brand new terminology which only she knows what it means.

Further inaccuracies are stated in every sentence of the posting.

"It is a bogus Credit repair and debt company!"  Absolutely Wrong, the company has always clearly stated it does no debt counseling, no debt negotiation or any other form or any debt management advice.  Totally inaccurate statement.

Because this individual clearly knows Zero about how businesses work, she thinks she is on to something when she finds a Division of the Company is new that this makes the entire business not aged.  So, if GM opened a new Division last week, then, according to her, GM is only a week old!  Idiotic!

I would not need to vouch for the company, I could do a full e-book just tearing this entire posting apart for it's ridiculous approach to business.

One last thing that should receive comment, her claim that this must be a "bogus" company due to an "F" BBB rating...again, she is absent any business knowledge or investigative skills...

First, let me state that I personally heard David George discuss the BBB rating on a Webinar given for his Affiliates.  He stated the business is not accredited because there is a fee so the ranking would not mean anything to a business client that knows how the BBB works and they had an "F" rating because the Company is a Credit Repair Company and "it seems the BBB is giving an "F" rating to ALL credit repair companies" as an Industry (what does that say about his character?).

If this Airhead knew anything or bothered to go through the HOUSTON BBB Website, she would see that it says...

BBB Accredited Businesses pay a fee for accreditation (so, you Buy the Rating) and, concerning the "F" Rating- Their reasons are:
1) BBB concerns with the industry in which this business operates
2) BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business.

Gee, that certainly is condemning!   Did this person bother to note it also says:

Customer Complaint History for Fix Credit Biz

BBB processed a total of 0 complaints about Fix Credit Biz in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period.

Where is THAT in your "60 Minutes" investigation?

Lastly,

Last year, as Hurrican Ike was roaring towards Houston, while everyone feared the worst for family, friends and their homes, David George paid his Affiliates early and ahead of the normal payday to get everyone their commissions before the storm hit before he secured the office to send employees home to be with their families and secure their homes before the Hurricane hit Houston.

You can make up your own mind if that is the type of individual that YOU would want to do business with.

We will proudly represent the services of CommercialRelief.com, FixCreditBiz and David George.

We understand the Business and nearly 3 years of history with David George.
