Commercial Residential Aluminum Tom Teffenhart - President Poor Workmanship, Zero Customer Service, Refusing to Uphold Warranty Nokomis Florida

I hired Commercial Residential Aluminum & Fabricating to replace my 2 story pool cage in February 2015. The total job was almost $50,000. I was  promised a 3 year warranty on the cage. I started having issues with the poor installation almost immediately. Two panels have an open end on them that we had called about six months before. They came out and said they fixed them but we told them that we still see daylight and that the screen is torn  on one end of both panels. They assured me that it was tight and not to worry about it; "they're fixed." Now the panels are slowly tearing around the edges.

I attempted to contact the company several times over the past month for them to come out and replace the torn panel and I get no returned calls or a very rude response from the secretary that it is over a year so my cage is out of warranty and also if damage is from a storm its not covered anyway. The owner (Tommy Teffenhart) refuses to take my calls which is the polar opposite of when he was hounding me to get the job. Owner promised me 3 year guarantee and issue was not due to storm but rather poor workmanship (the installer scoured the edge of the screen when installing which is why the panel ripped out). In checking out the company online I see this is a common issue with them. Buyer beware. Once your job is done good luck getting them to stand behind their product or work. They are very shady and will tell you anything to get the job and then will hide behind their unprofessional secretary. Very unhappy with product and services.
