This company had several entreprenuers to join their organization and paying anywhere from $750-$1500 promising them that they would be able to get rich in real estate and increase their business. This is their plan, if you have less than perfect credit, pay them $750 to join their organization, and if you find a home that someone want to sell, they will find a buyer for the home and pay you 10% of the profit and they keep 90%. However if you have good credit, then they will split the profit with you. If I have good credit, they why do I need them, they are charging more than real estate brokers commissions. They have not been able to live up to their seminars and brochures. They have taken several thousands of dollars from several individuals and have not been able to produce. The owner, JEROME WILLIAMS, ALONG WITH HIS PARTNER, CAROL REED, has his brother, ALFREDRICK (RICK WILLIAMS), RECRUITING PEOPLE TO JOIN HIS ORGANIZATION, WELL RICK IS WHO IS IN JAIL AS A CONVICTED CHILD SEXUAL PREDATOR AS OF NOVEMBER 2007 WAS SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY FOR HIS COURT CASE. ME PERSONALLY HAS LOST OVER $5000 WITH THEM. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAS LOST MORE. IF YOU RECEIVE A BROCHURE FROM THIS COMPANY, AND YOU ARE IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, PLEASE RUNNNNNNNNNN!!!

The Truth About Commonwealth Community Network, LLC

AUTHOR: Jerome - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 19, 2008

My name is Jerome Williams. I am the CEO and Founder of Commonwealth Community Network, LLC. This is an "erroneous" complaint with malicious intent. I am fully aware of who the "anonymous" persons are that wrote it because they are the only ones that could have. I have been as fair to them as anyone could be and I am confident that I owe them nothing. However, having said that, if any reasonable authority disagrees with me, I would happily pay them whatever is owed. I resent any suggestion that I or my company would "take any one's money." Anybody that knows me knows that money is not my motivation for the things I do, under served people are, but only when they are legitimate. All businesses and organizations have at least one person that is disgruntled, but I want our readers to decide if these malicious allegations make any sense at all.

CCN is a membership based organization whose mission is two-fold, to assist "first time" investors achieve financial freedom through wise real estate investment strategies and to encourage under served communities (particularly African Americans) to spend money with and support businesses that in turn support their communities. We provide weekly networking events and monthly seminars and workshops as our primary means of accomplishing these objectives. Free private consultations are provided also upon request for all members.

I have personally consulted with over 300 members since we began in March of 2005. I have never refused to meet with any member for any reason... good, bad or indifferent. I am passionate about what I do and the people I serve.

Our membership fee has never been $1500 or $750, it is only $300. Nowhere in any of our brochures, video presentations, website or any other correspondence do we "promise" anyone that they will be made "rich" as our accuser has said. The closest we come to any such statement is our guarantee that we can help anyone (that follows our plan) become an asset millionaire within 3 years. For this we provide a plan. We have countless testimonials of those that have profited from our services. References are available upon request.

If our accusers are dissatisfied with their results, the questions should be asked "have you ever requested a consultation with Mr. Williams to review your game plan? can you provide proof that you have followed the recommendations of Mr. Williams and they simply did not work? Has Mr. Williams ever denied you an opportunity to meet with him on any matter? If so, please provide documentation.

As for the comments concerning "our plan" and the compensation, we teach members how to become real estate investors and assist them (even those with credit challenges) with "structuring" win/win investment scenarios. We have been told by many of our members that we have an "extremely generous" compensation plan. In our business most people would normally get a "small bird-dog fee" (if anything at all ) when referring a potential lead to "qualified" real estate investors. The "10%" our accuser referred to may represent literally thousands of legitimate dollars from legally structured real estate transactions for a member who is "earning" while they are "learning" how to become a successful real estate investor. I was always told that "10% of something, beats 100% of nothing any day!" Therefore, we believe in compensating people well when they work the plan, even if they are credit challenged. Please tell me where in America can people with bad credit and no experience go and have a company offer them thousands of dollars for a lead? Does that really sound like a "disservice" to our members?

The statement was made that we have "taken a lot of money from a lot of people", if this were true would you agree that with proof you could go to court and easily win a lawsuit. If this were true where are the others? Why aren't their more complaints?

The reality is... you are disgruntled because you chose to get involved in a transaction that had absolutely nothing to do with me or my company. I know who you are. You wrote me a similar letter a few months ago. I addressed it then, and I am addressing it again. I have nothing to hide. If you say I have wronged you, prove it and CCN will pay you. But please don't waste anymore of my time with this nonsense.

Your comments about my brother are irrelevant. Which one of us does not have a family member with challenges. It has nothing to do with CCN. No more than your family issues are a reflection on your business. If you gave money to anyone, you must have given it because you chose to. Truthfully, I am not sure who you gave $5000.00....but I know it wasn't me, nor was it anyone authorized by me or CCN. If you disagree, prove it.

A wise person once said with reference to the truth, that "documentation beats conversation any day!" All of CCN's business arrangements are written in contract form for this very purpose, to protect every one's interest in the event of a dispute. Therefore, I simply say to our accusers "prove it". Surely, you must have something, somewhere that I signed making me responsible for your issues. Provide the documentation and I will gladly see to you being compensated for anything the company owes you. The truth is you can't provide any documentation and you know it, because you never entered into any contractual agreements with CCN. Your allegations are lies and defamation of our characters. There laws against what you have done.

As the Ripoff Report service has indicated, CCN has a right to demand documentation "proving" these allegations. I only wish this had been required prior to posting these ugly comments. We have suffered loss of reputation and I have lost both valuable time and business as a result of this misinformation. Fortunately, friends and business associates that know our hearts and the caliber of service we strive to provide contacted us to let us know that these malicious allegations were on the Internet.

In the absence of proper documentation, it is my sincere hope that these ridiculous inflammatory statements be removed from this website and that a public apology be issued to Carol Reed, myself, and all those innocent hard working people that help to make Commonwealth Community Network, LLC. a world class organization.

Respectfully,

Jerome Williams/CEO
