Agent working for Companion life Insurance Company fraudulently sold my son an I durance policy claiming it to be under the affordable health care act. It was not a general major health insurance policy. It was a short term major medical insurance meant to tie a person over between 2  major health insurance policies. Worse still, this policy was sold to a boy just turning 26 yrs and the policy would not cover any injuries incurred in sports. I read the policy once it came and had already been charged over $200. I then called the main office and was informed that their agent should not have sold us this policy, but was not reimbursed the money spent.
