Complete Landscaping Systems Non payment for mowing services wichita, Kansas

Complete Landscaping Systems did not pay us for work we did.   There are multiple lawn service companies who also did not get paid.  Verizon hired JCI who sub contracted Complete Landscaping who inturn sub contracted us to mow verizon yards.   How many others have they done this too?  We have had to resort to filing in a small claims court against them.   They owe us since Jul. 2012 up until  Jan. 2013.  You probably wonder why we waited so long and kept working for them. 

The answer is because when we would email or call they would say "check is in the mail"  or they  "would pay as soon as JCI paid them".  Never did they say payment was contingent on them getting paid from their contractor when they hired us.   Yea, we were suckered to continue mowing.  I trusted Laura Cicero when she said she would pay.  Big mistake....  WARNING to others don't work for this company.  

If there is an attorney willing to take this company on let me know there are several other contractors who have not been paid.   Class action !!!   I have never had problems with other companies not paying so this is new to me.   I had no idea a large company would do something like this.  Verizon should be ashamed of themselves for hiring sub contractors that do not pay.   Complete Landscaping has not even made an effort to make payment arrangements with us.      WARNING...DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!
