I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, Online on June 25th 2009, and Immediately after doing so, A pop up advertisement for a $10.00 off you next Pizza Hut purchase came up. This particular pop up comes up after every Pizza Hut purchase made online, so thinking it was part of pizza hut, I entered my email address to get this $10.00 off coupon. Well I never got any coupon, instead on July 14th I received a call from my bank (Wachovia) informing me of my overdrawn account.

Now I hadn't used my debit card in weeks, so I had NO Idea why I would be overdrawn! They told me that a company named "Complete Savings" from Connecticut had charged me $12.00 which overdrew me, and a $35.00 overdraft fee was added on. Therefor I was out $45.00. Wachovia gave me the telephone number for this "business" so I could figure out why they were charging me $12.00! They told me that because I entered my email address for that coupon, I agreed to give them my credit card information, (actually.. Pizza Hut gave them the information, I filed a complaint with them as well.) and said that I had signed up for a monthly membership and the cost of this membership was $12.00 (I would still like to know why in the world I would be paying them, for discounts and coupons!

That makes NO sense whatsoever, and I NEVER would have signed up for this willingly/knowingly) The first person I spoke to was extremely RUDE and gave me a run around, he put me on hold and I got transferred to a woman, I then told her i didn't sign up for ANYTHING and I want a complete refund, and I want to be removed from this membership. She told me she would do this for me and I would get a email in 3-5 business days confirming my cancellation. I also informed her of the rude person I spoke with before, and she told me that she would inform his supervisor of this.

Now who knows if I will be getting my money back, but that is not the point. The point is this is a SCAM and totally wrong. I don't want anyone else to be scammed by this. I researched this company online, and they have obviously scammed THOUSANDS. Using websites such as Pizza Hut, Barnes & Nobles, AmeriMarc, J. Miller, TigerDirect.Com, Etoys, JC Whittney, Drugstore.com, AmericanAutoparts.com, Domestications.com, PetCareRx.com, Musicnotes.com and I'm sure many others.

Also there was class action lawsuit against Webloyalty in 2006 for fraudulently acquiring and charging people's credit cards. I don't understand why they are allowed to get away with this, after already being sued! Also WHY in the world do all these websites and companies allow this to go on? I almost want to file against Pizza Hut as well, but Don't know how far I would get. Apparently there was fine print, in white font, on a white background that I was unaware of.
