Complete Savings is a ripoff company with unethical business practices.  I was surreptitiously signed up for this outfit when I ordered a product from Petco.com.  Fortunately they sent me an email confirming my membership in this organization which luckily did not get past my spam filter and so far my credit card has not been charged. I just canceled my membership with this company.

By reading comments about Complete Savings on this board and other sites I noticed that many online companies have a relationship with them.  From now on I will no longer be doing business with Petco.com and I will be checking my bank account to make sure no charges are made on my credit card.
