I've always wanted a DJI drone and saved several months to buy one. Went on eBay and happened to see compudemano's listing for a new drone. I paid and they sent me the item. I open it and prepare to fly. So far so good. Then, it goes in the air and it is clear the gimbal camera is broken! I immediately checked and to my shock the gimbal camera is not the original part. It is a broken component, clearly it was swapped by somebody at some point.

I gave compudemano the benefit of the doubt, I called them and I am faced with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. They said it is new, even when it clearly is the case that is not the condition I received it in. Well okay, I said if you don't agree it's fine, I just want my money back and I'll return the item to you. They said NO, I would not be getting any refund even if I return the item (it says they allow returns on the listing page). So I'm forced to complain to eBay to get my money back. Then, out of nowhere person last name was [] called and said cancel your dispute and I will send you a new gimbal camera. I said no, I just want to return the item because I don't trust the quality you provide. They said fine cancel the claim and we will satisfy you, so I say okay. I cancel and then... No response.  I get reminder from eBay to leave feedback so I thoguht to send message to them and said if you don't respond I will leave appropriate feedback detailing my experience. Immediately they reply and threaten ME. They say if I leave negative feedback they will sue me, I will be banned from eBay, they also threatened to send people knocking on my home address.

I am honestly afraid at this point and concerned more than just the money ($1000) I am out, but rather my safety. These are thugs running the business. I have contacted my local police department and they said that this is not an issue in their realm of support, because it is a civil matter, but I feel like my safety is being compromised.

In any case, let this be a warning for anybody dealing with Compudemano.

This client purchased a DJI drone from us through eBay and BEFORE HE EVEN RECEIVED it claimed missing parts and opened up a case. 

Since his claim was that there was missing parts we filled a complain with UPS. The natural procedure is that UPS conducts and item inspection to which the customer refused 3 times and the inspection could not be conducted. At the end, we sent out a return label (PAID FOR BY US), but the product that was sent back was not ours, damaged, incomplete and dirty. We got to the conclusion that the buyers intent was to purchase a new Drone from us, open up a case, and send back a previously purchased product that was incomplete and in bad condition. This to keep a good new drone and achieve a return of his money.
