Computer Finance Llc Aka Osi Collections RIPPED OFF AND SHOULD OWN OSI!!!!! PAID 5 TIMES MORE FOR A GATEWAY COMPUTER BROOKFIELD Wisconsin

My troubles started four years ago!!!!! I have been disputing bills, making double payments for payments that were not missed and have had to fight the rude, incompetent customer service department every time I have called.

My last draw was when I called the customer service department asked them to send me the "contract" that Gateway had sent/sold to them that states the "terms" that I am bound to. Well, I got no where fast. Finally, I through in the towel and called the untolerabe customer service after not receiving the info and being told after it is sold to them, then the original "terms" of the "contract" are not transferred and that since Gateway has now gone out of business, that it definitely cannot be sent to me and that I would have to remit payment in full.

I complained to the BBB and the only response I received was your husband is the main account holder and I was just on the account, therefore the complaint was "invalid". Then I offered in 2001, 2002, 2003, and again in tax year 2004 to settle the alleged account with $600. Computer Finance LLC aka OSI Collection Services stated well, since its tax time we know you have more than that and would prefer that you pay the full amount asked for. I replied by asking how they knew how much was owed if they did not have the originals. I was told that was the deal and GOODBYE..dial tone.

Since I obtained the $1300.00 computer in 2000 FOUR years later the statement for Computer Finance LLC aka OSI Collection Services inc is still $1,282.83. I would appreciate a good lawyer contacting me and help me "skin them alive" {legally that is through court}. I have paid enough to own them and their sister companies and their aka companies..Where's the justice?
