Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Order placed on 02/23/07; charged to credit card. Shipped on 2/25/2007 via USPS - per e-mail confirmation. Because they had stated up to 10 day shipping time, waited until 3/12/07 to try to contact them. Phone attempts always answered by machine; left msg several times. Numerous e-mails unanswered. Finally on 3/15/07 talked with young man. Apologetic, offered reason for delay was due to their heavy order load. Committed a check and reshipment of order by USPS Priority Mail. We shall see!
In all fairness to EZinkjets.com - have ordered 6-7 times in past 3 years. Orders always filled promptly with high quality products.

Rip-Off Update: Credit card removed charges

Fortunately my credit card removed the $105 charges made by EZinkjets.com for mdse not delivered. I wasted several hours trying to contact EZinkjets. They now no longer replay to e-mail inquiries, phone or mail. THEY do however still accept e-mail orders. I do not know what it will take to shut this place down. California seems to be the place to set-up and profit from a rip-off business.
