Computer Services of Brevard Replaced good Windows 10 disc with Windows 8 disc that shuts down Melbourne Florida

 "Jake" came to my residence back in December to fix a computer virus after I selected his name from the phone book. I told him I was a "snow bird".He looked at it for a minute and told me it was too difficult to properly diagnose and he would have to take it back to his "shop". He called me the next day to tell me it was ready and he would deliver it. He never told me what he had done to it until he got here. He proceeded to tell me that my Windows 10 hard drive was no good and he had to replace it with Window 8. I took his word for it. He charged me $267 for the "service". After awhile my computer started turning off after I had it on for an hour or two. I thought he must have installed some kind of shut off on it. Afew weeks ago it started asking for a product key and said if I didnt give it I would lose Windows. I emailed him and asked him what the product key was and he said there wasn't one. He offered to come by and fix it for more money. I called my brother in law who works as a computer specialist for HR Block. He told me not to let him near it. I just saw him this weekend and he put the old Windows 10 back in, ran Windows Defender, and it worked just fine. He told me Jake must have installed someone else's old hard drive and thats why the product key wouldn't come up. So instead of fixing the virus he downgraded me to Windows 8 just to make more money. I am so angry. Do not let your computer out of your sight with this guy!
